“ A MUST GO! I used to go here years ago until about 3.5 years ago when the food started to be dry and not be that great. I recent went here late Feb 2023 and the food was devine!! I was literally shocked at the revamped quality of their food from their fries, drink, burgers, fish dishes and so on. Each and every thing my table of 4 ordered was top notch and reasonably priced with portions that filled you up! Great atmosphere; they keep the place warm with the grand fireplace and service was attentive, friendly and quick. I don't often praise restaurants so highly but this one is now one of my go to's and recommendations for family and friends for the Courtenay/Comox region. Well done to who was in charge of the revamp. ”

“ June 2024. When I visit Courtenay I make time to enjoy a lunch in the Timber Room. The atmosphere is spectacular and the menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried...full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and always smiling. See you again soon. August 20, 2024 Came back to enjoy an amazing supper. As you can see from the pictures the food looks delicious but the attention to flavor is throughout the dining experience. The organic red wine was smooth and complimented the salmon entree. ”
“ All around great place daughter had a wrap & soup, i went with burger and fries. Staff were very polite, helpful and kind. They were knocked off thier feet as it seems we just happened to hit a mid day rush, not once did i see any of them just standing around. The nachos were a standout - not only were they delicious, but the generous portion size and affordable price made them an unbeatable value.
